Friendly staff and hotel is acceptable. Rooms need some minor maintenance to improve conditions. Maintenance needs to stay on top of issues.

False Advertising (by hotels.com) We stayed 9/3/17 in Room 208 (1 queen studio w/sofa bed). Hotels.com said it sleeps 4--it actually only sleeps 3: the sofabed is a TWIN. Hotels.com also said extra beds (i.e. rollaways) were available and I had a comment requesting one. Upon check-in, I was informed that not only did they not have rollaways available, they have NEVER had them. So hotels.com, you need to update your website comments on this room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to satisfy our needs. The grounds were pretty and well kept.

Poor breakfast The breakfast was pitiful with nothing than some cold muffins. This is not a place for a transient guest who wants some comfort for a night or two.

Convenient location but bad experience I booked a room here for the convenient location. Checking in was fine and the room was clean but the bed was really uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience was that around 4:30 AM the fire alarm went off and we had to go outside and wait. It lasted about 30 minutes and of course everyone was miserable waiting to get back in bed. There was no explanation the next day and in general the hotel handled the situation poorly. Great room, great staff Absolutely amazing staff, for starters. Simon is excellent and helpful. Clean room, comfortable. The hotel is near a lot of stores and restaurants. I had a great stay. I am so thankful I found this hotel. I recommend anyone considering it to book.
