When we got back to our room there were baby cockroches in the room and bathroom one was on my husband's pillow a big one was in the refrigerator. Way to overpriced for one night and not clean. People outside hanging out all ours of the night

I’ll keep it simple:dirty, outdated . Lack of customer service.

We didn't feel comfortable in that room, dirty carpet and floors, not good drainage in the bathtub and they didn't provide shampoo and soap. The area didn't feel safe

People smoking outside all night dirty the toilet didn't have enough water ..... terrible place for the price .....

Dirty is an understatement This hotel was awful for the cost . It was dirty. The bathroom was dirty, mold, bugs the floor was so dirty. The fridge was rusty and dirty. Garbage outside our door. 1 bar of soap. No hangers in the closet . Could not wait to leave. They allows animals which is great but the guests don’t curb their dogs and it is on the grass in the parking lot . Had a great family day wedding dress shopping and then an aweful night at this hotel.

I had to bring to the front desk attention via pics that the bathroom was filthy and was cleaned before I spent the night in the space.
