I got charged for a day I was not there. I was put in Pet friendly room and couldn't breathe the whole time. There was pet feces all in the carpets of the room, the floors and surfaces were sticky, dusty and not vacuumed. There were bugs in the bed. Then I was given a bill on the 2nd day for an amount I never signed for or agreed to. I DEMAND A REFUND

The property is really old and you’d see multiple types of insects all over the place. The images on their website is not a true representation of how the rooms are. The room window was not cleaned for a LONG time. They don’t have any utensils, plates or cups in the room; you have to ask the front desk. They did not have any microwaveable cup/glass and offered styrofoam cups instead! The breakfast was awful. The muffins were very tiny and old. The staff were friendly though.

I requested a non smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled so bad of smoke. The kitchen cabinet were broken, it was a horrible 10 minutes. I asked to placed in another room and they didn’t have anymore. Had to make a reservation somewhere else.

NEVER AGAIN I had a slightly unusual request so I called ahead and got incorrect information. The staff is a bit uncooperative but it was not until I did my own cleaning of the room. There was a build up of something unworldly under the rim of the toilette. I really could not believe they could call that room clean...in any world.
