Place is a run down dive. Smells horrible. Bad mixup at check-in

I would give this zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY from this place. Rooms smell like cigarettes, its dirty, so many trucks waking you up at all hours with their beeping and crashing. Cops raided a room while I was there not safe to walk grounds at night. rugs gross, outlets did not work, I paid a lot of money for a horrible stay.

My mom and aunt checked in for one night, and as two older ladies, they had absolutely Zero assistance with their luggage. The elevator was not working and they were placed in the second floor, where they had to drag their luggage up the stairs. This was not at all what I thought I had paid for, very disappointing!

The hotel is filthy with no customer service. Dirty sheets, dirty carpet. Nothing is clean there.

There was no water pressure. I had a non smoking room, but the bathroom was engulfed with cigarette smell. Made me feel sick. I did not see any handicapped parkings. Plus, it had no elevators. It doesn’t feel like a family friendly place. There’s no gym.
