Mold/Bacteria There was mold along the bathroom sink. There was bacteria and rust in the shower and there was rust and hair on the refrigerator somehow. We were in the room for 4 minutes and had to leave to book somewhere else. I would like a refund from the hotel ASAP.

The staff was nice but the property was dirty and overpriced. Dead roaches on floor and carpet was filthy. I will not stay again.

Not as advertised at all. This place looks like it has not been updated since 1970. One building has an elevator and 2 others DO NOT. Would have been nice if they told us at front desk before we hauled our 5 bags upstairs !! Senior Citizens need to know this and they should have offered help.

The whole experience was terrible waited 20 mins to check in cause nobody was in the office tried to take a shower after work 18 hours and the shower head was leaking all over the place and the towel was dirty and had blood on it the phone didn't work to call the office walked to the office and nobody was in their again asked for refund and was refused a refund they didn't have another room available to change me to then they gave me someone else's room to stay in and that wasn't really clean either but had no choice because... read more

I wish I could post photos and videos here. Not providing any shampoo or conditioner was the least part of my worries. The shower head was leaking so badly that I could not take a shower because the water would splash out toward the backboard of the shower booth. The TV was broken, showing in blue. The refrigerator was too loud, I had to pull out the plug in the middle of the night. The long-haul truck parked outside had a generator running all night, which I could hear all night. I did not like this hotel at all. I had to change rooms 3 times until I could find somewhat decent accommodations and even then I was just too tired to keep changing rooms. All the rooms were very dirty and smelly and the appliances weren’t working at all. Only the staff was bearable, they were nice enough

We just wanted to spend a night in a decent, and clean place and it seemed like a reasonable option, considering the above $250/night price tag. This property shouldn't be offered to customers in its current condition. Must be overhauled and renovated ASAP!!! When I arrived, which is not the fault of the staff, their system were down, and when they finally got a line, my key was given to me and half cut envelope with handwritten instructions with the room number, and for the Wi-Fi. The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff, they were all excellent but Alicia went above and beyond to be helpful. She was the only reason I din’t try to cancel. As an extended stay, I was expecting to have a working stovetop,however only one of our burners worked and the small one was a joke.The microwave in our room was burned on the door and inside making it very gross to use.
