This is not a 4 star hotel. This is an overpriced dive. Enjoying the benefits of a skewed supply and demand curve. To set the tone. Refrigerator only maintained room temperature. Freezer worked. Bathroom door only cleared toilet bowl by a 1/4 of an inch. First room reeked of a smoker. 2nd room just smelled. TV takes 5 minutes to "boot" up if your lucky to get it to successfully boot at all. Just to name a few issues.

Gross -- will not stay here ever again I prefer to stay at inexpensive places, so am pretty knowledgeable of inexpensive yet acceptable. This was neither. The room was grimy and stank of stale cigarette smoke. All my clothing, whether hung in the closet or kept in the dresser drawer, reeked of smoke. The mirrors were filthy. The bathroom was clean so that's a plus. The bed was slanted with a thin, lumpy mattress. I'll never stay here again.

Rude and uncaring I was spending the night because I have PTSD and some other mental health issues. I just needed a break. My mother checked me in and asked if we could have a noon checkout instead of 11 am. The check in person was very helpful and said she would make note of it in our file. It wouldn't be a problem. Will not stay here again Tv did not work. Called front desk and they said they would be up. Called 1/2 hr later and no answer. Could not leave a message. NO ONE EVER CAME.

I needed a place to sleep that was close to my daughters apartment. I picked the wrong hotel and won’t stay there again. Next time I’ll pay an extra $20-$30 a night to stay at another nearby hotel. Was traveling with my two sons and it was frustrating. The entire second floor smelled like weed and the smell overpowered our room one night. Our clothes even smelled like it when we left. The hall leading to our door smelled of smoke. Once in the room, it didn’t smell as bad, but the odor was there. Our bathtub was filled with about 2” of water. At least it was clean water, but that says something about attention to detail for cleaning. Luke at the front desk was actually the best part of our stay. He was very friendly and you can help but smile when you talk to him.

Does play well with others? Took confirmation to desk, was told it was not in their system. Unsure at this time if they actually took the money, if so we paid $60 for one night, certainly wasn't worth that
