The staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The hotel was clean. My overall stay was quite pleasant and I will stay here again
The window in the room was open and off track, the room never got cold but staff was friendly and room was clean

The lady from Memphis was very helpful at check in and worked out my reservation mixup quickly. She needs a raise.
