Cigerette smokers heaven. If you love a hotel that smells like cigarette smoke no matter where you go then this is a hotel for you. Even says if you smoke in at room there is a $250. Don’t believe it’s being enforced.

Felt deceived by previous ratings. The walls and ceiling are paper-thin. We could hear every noise in the hall and when the person staying in the room over ours woke up, we had to wake up also because we could hear everything. The breakfast consisted of one-bar Granola bar packages and gas-station bought muffins.

Disappointed I stayed at this hotel previously a few months ago. Though not a 4-5 star facility, I liked it because it was close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, the interstate, and the campus of TCU. The beds we're also comfortable. This latest stay was the total opposite. The first room we we're booked had a broken AC unit. We were assigned a new room, which was better but we found a patch of mold in the bathroom ceiling, and two of the light fixtures had burned out bulbs. Could not get the room requested, asked for handicap accessible. Not provided. First room had to walk through some construction before being changed. No one willing to step up and make things right.

Arrived to my hotel, People walking in the parking lot left and right asking for money. Entered my hotel room and found blood on the sheets of the bed. Requested items to be brought up but not enough staff so i had to go to the front desk to get my items.They do not provide housekeeping unless you stay longer than a week. When I booked this room, it stated breakfast would be available, there was no breakfast. Really this stay was very unsatisfactory altogether.

Gave our room away! Gave our room away! Extended Stay got greedy and overbooked. We showed up and they said “sorry, find another hotel”. Hotels.com made it right. But extended stay is not okay.
