5 thumbs down. Hotel is filthy. This is an extended stay, and I had to special request the plates, pots, pans, and such. Later after finally having something to eat, I decided to take a shower. No shower curtain. Fantastic! Was I supposed to order that by request too? Luckily my room came with special features. I had toe nail clippings colored in pretty pink. Outside in the hallway was another nice jewel. A used q-tip. Next day, still there!!!!

Nothing went right So much wrong with this hotel I checked out and went to another. Nobody working front desk to provide items room did not have. No Toilet paper, no trash can, wash clothes - only had 2 bath towels, no tv remote, pull out bed covered in dog hair, no sheets for pull out bed, plastic bag on ceiling above bed, smoke detector went off the whole time, sheets were rough feeling - no comfortable to sleep on. The manager was very rude wasn’t helpful or sorry

Very bad hotel not recommended . Smells like a old house not updating . WiFi terrible if you need better internet you have to pay extra $$

Property is dirty and smelled like urine..room was not ready for 3 check in..had to for.ro hotel next door

Upset I checked in during the middle of the night. The shower was leaking onto the floor and the toilet would not flush. When I inquired about a refund I was declined.

Apparently the cops got called on my boyfriends car (loud muffler) and the cop was giving us a hard time because of personal preferences. Afterwards, staff basically wasn’t help. The front counter girl had iPhone headphones in her ear and was on the phone laughing till she said I couldn’t get help until the person who left the front desk returned in 10 minutes. The property was NOT clean and I would not recommend this to anyone. Pictures are definitely deceiving. Our room had broken curtains that wouldn’t even close. We were “upgraded” to a room that was awful so I can’t imagine what the “lower grade” room would have looked like. The room smelled like bleach, but had stains on the carpet that I don’t think anyone attempted to clean. The towels were the same with yellow-ish stains. Cleanliness of room below normal. Refrigerator did not work. For a non smoking room cigarette burns all over. Didn’t expect it to be perfect at the price but it did have a smell to the entire hotel.
