My reservation that I made 2 days in advance was not honored. But they sure did charge my account. Then they would not help to transfer me to another property. Told me to find another hotel myself. A child slept in a car last night with no place to stay. So thanks a lot! Will never use Expedia or Extended Stay America again.

I reserved aroom and called to see if my family could come in early and I was told that I no longer had a room available without any explanation.

The toilet did not work on my arrival! I was told someone would come to fix it the following morning but never did! Toilet paper and trash were on the floor on arrival also!
