Large 2’ x 2’ hole in shower area. Had to clean up loose fiberglass insulation before showering. Looked like someone hacked the hole out with a machete. The morning we checked out I went to counter to talk to someone. Waited over 10 min and even called the hotel. No one showed up or answered phone.

There were cockroaches they never whent to clean the room in the 2 days we were there and there was a rude as girl in the lobby

I made my reservation for 4 people in a double bed room for two nights. Upon arrival the only rooms available were single bed rooms. It was very inconvinient as 2 persons had to sleep in the floor. The following morning, we simply checked out. They were not willing to accomodate to my needs. And even though they knew it was not my fault, they refused to reinburse me for their mistake.

Crappy stay There are two bldgs only 2 employees,in one bldg slow service tv didnt work well kept going in and out took 40 mins to get a,cutting board.they need more help as far as hsk garbage overflowing in the dump area. Asked for 1st floor room was rold didn't have any but when i c/o odor in room I was given the option to move to bottom floor.

DO NOT STAY Hotel exterior doors were constantly propped open removing all security. Chairs had bodily fluid stains all over. Bed was hard. TV was small. Internet was slow even with paid premium. Shower was never cleaned from last guest and filthy. Garbages were already full upon check in. Lamp was glued in the off position.

Worst hotel Ever! The first room was a mess, the 2nd bedroom had bugs on the bed! Didnt stay asked for a refund and got it!

DO NOT STAY AT EXTENDED STAY The hotel was dirty and we did not feel comfortable in a hotel where patrons are leaving the outside door propped open with a rock all night. We continually removed the rock only to find it back again a few minutes later. The sink dripped all night, the toilet needed jiggling to stop running and the elevator wasn’t working causing patrons to bump down the staircase with luggage at all hours of the night!
