Do Not Stay Here! They have Bugs and it smells like old food and cigarettes through out the whole building. The rooms are filthy & the sheets are dirty and stained. They don’t even clean the rooms! You are basically sleeping in someone else’s dirt. I tried to get my money back but the manager lied & said he would call me and I never received a callback. DONT STAY AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA IN FREMONT - NEWARK!

Room I reserved was not available. Requested two beds but none available. Slept on uncomfortable pull out couch and had to go fine some linens.

Very disappointed Third floor had garbage in the hallway, smelled bad. The stairway had mud tracks. The room was old and did not smell like it had been cleaned. Wifi was free but very slow and asked for your email.

I loved the kitchen access, however during my stay i did not receive maid service Not one time i had to go track down a maid for towels when I called the front desk i was told in a rude manner if i want towels i need to come the front desks to get them, so this will definitely be my 1st and final visit.

Tried to check in an hour early and they wanted to charge a early check in fee. Requested kitchen amenities and other items to cook with and rather than set aside, they made us wait to request again at check in time and ran out of basic items like bowls and drinking glasses. Front desk wouldn't give us extra plates or mugs to make up for the lack of items. Our AC did not work and the internet kept going out even after paying for the high speed service. Unhygienic and rude service Very dirty with bad smell rooms , I spend one night I could not sleep because of the bad smell . The staffs in the front office are very rude and they work very slow . They are always out of clean bed sheets . I am giving this review to share my experiences with others and hopping someone else does not face the same situation.

Horrible period!! It was horrible never stay again. A person who had a room there her and her daughter helped me. She stayed in room 400 building B. I was 409 building B. Had to use a towel to stop up the tub to take a bath. I'm disabled!!

Looked nice from outside thin walls didn't know it was a homeless shelter
