Didn’t like how in room 101 the tv was broken. We had to switch to 116, get to 116 and there wasn’t a remote staff made us to get the one from 101. The WiFi wasn’t connecting so we couldn’t watch Netflix.

quick check in. Staff at night seem to not help very much u less a manager is on sight. The shower leaked all night. Walked in the bathroom and noticed a cockroach. Thin walls. Advised the front desk and they didn’t help with offering a new room. Slept 2 1/2 hours. Wouldn’t recommend to those staying for work or actually needing some sleep.

Roach Hotel This hotel has roaches and the hotel staff is aware yet they do nothing about it nor do they assist their customers in relocating to a new clean room.

I couldn’t fill the bathtub with hot water: their plug in the room was broken. I checked in around 5pm. And, I checked the bathtub at first because taking bath is my best priority for staying hotel. I asked to change the room around 5:30. For sure, their rooms are not full. But, they said “No”, and “ All rooms are same. Just same. All of them CAN’T fill bathtub with hot water.” I asked once more. “Every single room?” And, they said “YES!”. “So, what’s the meaning for the plug in the tub?” They didn’t know the meaning.

Staff was rude upon check-in and when asked questions. The room was dirty, smells horrible, 1 mini bar of soap (no other items provided) and no housekeeping service during your stay. The halls reek of marijuana. Booked a double queen room with breakfast. Received a room with 2 "full" size beds. The only items they provide for breakfast is terrible coffee, granola bars or instant packets of oatmeal...No ice machine on the property, no spa or bathrooms in the pool area. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A 2.5/3 STAR LOCATION..
