Overall room clean but bed terribly uncomfortable. The bed was hard as concrete. My back hurt every morning. Complained to staff asking for additional comfort foam liner. Didn't have a key to storage room. Never got back to me. Laundry room, soap machine was broken. Only cleaning room once a week is lame especially for the price.
Run down, Dirty hotel with a nasty smell Hotel is very dirty and run down. Pictures are deceiving. I did not get what i booked, bathroom was dirty and old, hair on the walls, shower curtain rod broken, just overall dirty.

A lot of people outside and running in the room above us! The room blankets didn't smell fresh and the room was musky!!
2 nights no hot water
Really dirty and nasty bathroom The bathroom was the worst i have seen at any hotel The bathtub had black alage all over it Every part of furtniture was squeaking in the room.
Nightmare for us:( very disappointed When we went to FD to reserve Lady told us they were sold out. Then when i saw her expedia availability she said to book from there. when we book the room she said she just have smoking room left. But i saw many rooms which is non smoking available . we were tired so decided to take room just to sleep few hrs. was disturbed by air conditioning noise whole night. Two days, NO HOT WATTER. TV did not work right This place soured me on Extended Stay Hotels period. Staff seemed to not to care about customer needs, an example: I asked about the hot water and was told "Oh yeah a plumber was supposed to come yesterday, but I don't know". I asked "You knew about the hot water problem in that room over the weekend and rented it to me anyway?" She said she did not rent me the room, someone else did, and they should have done something." It was an ok stay. Until the bathroom toilet started to overflow and flooded the room I was in. Hopefully the hotel gave me its word and said it will take off 20%. Guess I'll see.
