Bad location; poor maintenance. Towel rack and shower curtain rod in the bathroom need to be fixed as they are almost detached from the wall. The location of the hotel is near the freeway which makes it noisy as well. There is a gas station next door which is littered with junk which makes the scene look like a junk yard. There are other ExtendedStays which are better than this one.

Stay away Was put in 3 different rooms no air conditioner toilet broken hot water leak in bathtub made bathroom steamy. Was not given any compensation manager said since I prepaid nothing he could do.

Not a good vaule. This was my first time at this hotel. The room was ok, but the bathroom fan made a bad sound. The TV cable was awful, most of the channels were not in HD and no ESPN. The staff was nice, check-in and out was under two minutes. I would not stay at this Extended Stay Hotel again.

Cockroaches and unusable amenities Stayed in rm 315. Fridge didnt work. Larger stove burner didnt work(only the small one). Underneath the bathroom sink was leaking constantly. The tv kept turning off even without a sleep setting on and if you bumped it it would shut down. I was told the late checkout was at noon by the woman who checked me in, however the morning staff said it was 1130 so not sure who lied to me. And in my 2 night stay i killed 3 cockroaches. Pretty Filthy Generic lower-priced hotel, would have been OK if clean. While none of the Extended Stay America locations I've stayed at around Silicon Valley have been stellar, this one was clearly worse. Stained pillows, dirty towels, filthy carpet, visible dust and hairs everywhere. The shower/tub were especially disappointing, they had not been cleaned properly in a while. I saw soap scum, dirt, hairs and bits of old boogers stuck all over it.

Worse than Bates Motel It was a horrible experience staying at Extend a Stay hotel..this was my 2nd time around this year to stay at such a horrible hotel chain...This time around I wanted to give this hotel chain another chance so keeping that in mind made the reservation...once we got there, no one at the front desk waited few minutes, hallway to the room was smelling of dead fish nasty smell, got the room walked in the entire room was smelling of bleach, ac was running on full ice cold temp, windows wide open, Turned down... read more

Not very dependable I booked online and had a confirmation that there was room but when I showed up to the hotel the representative said they were booked and call Expedia to redirect you.. and this was at 12am in the morning and they still charged my card
