The staff is nice, but... Not a good experience. The front desk was super nice though, but it did not justify the bad of the hotel itself. The room is not in good shape, has a small kitchen but no kitchen ware whatsoever. You have to go to the front desk and borrow them from the hotel. TV was down when I was there and the hotel told me it might have took two days to fix it. Not much of selections for breakfast, just coffee, and three other sides.

Bed bug, dirty, noisy We had an overnight plumbing work in our house so we booked this hotel for one night in the last minute. I wish I could spent more time on reading the reviews before booking but I regret so much that I didn't do so. The hotel is terrible: BED BUGS in the two beds!!!! Everything in the kitchen is very dirty, not cleaned at all!!! Our neighbor is very noisy, they sound like having a party! Overall, I would give it -100 star if I can. The worst hotels I have ever experienced (I stayed over 20+ hotels).

Our room was absolutely filthy. We had a late arrival check in and were told that there was only one room left and it was a smoking room. We had no where else to go at midnight. We did not request a smoking room when making the reservation. The bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The toilet was visibly stained. We had to scrub the toilet seat before using. I did not want to call housekeeping at midnight. I was tired and wanted to sleep. Freemont - Warm Springs No phones in room, 1 plastic cup for water and the worst bed i've tried to sleep in, in years. Alos i'm a very light smoker but the room smelled worse than an ashtray

This has been my worst experience ever I requested early check in the hotel weeks ahead and the day before my travel and they said that they could do something by 12 PM. Since my flight reached in the morning, I needed the room by at least 12 PM. When i reached hotel and staff was so rude and not polite at all. They said that their housekeeping maids arrived late that day and they could not provide be early check in up until 1:30 PM and said they would call me when the room is ready. They never called. Very disappointing for an Extended Stay America... Arrived at about 7:00PM. I prepaid in advance for a room with a king bed.When we checked in, we almost didn't get a room! While we waited at the counter, the clerk grabbed a bottle of cleaner & a rag & took off running telling us "she was checking to see if our room was ready"?!! 2-double beds, No king.
