Should have booked elsewhere My stay was horrible and I was going to file complaints against this hotel for the lack of brains in front desk and the manager. My stay at this hotel was a bad choice and having cockroaches in the room was not something I dealt with. Management could only apologize for the bugs and I ended up breaking down soon after checking out ending up at the local Emergency Room and being placed in a Mental Facility with medication. BED BUGS HERE!!!!!! This place had bed bugs!!! We went on a business trip and we left with bites all over. Also we were able to scrap several off the mattress, and show management.

Continental-less breakfast Not so good!!!! List a continental breakfast that consisted of coffee some horrible muffins and only peanut butter granola bars. No juice, no eggs, no cereal. Real deception

TERRIBLE service, decent rooms My partner and I were looking specifically for a smoking room where we could celebrate my 33rd birthday. One of the first things Joanne (the front desk person) told me was that there were no smoking rooms available. I thought this was curious because we had specifically asked for a smoking room. In fact, having a smoking room was the only reason we had booked a hotel room in the first place, so this was upsetting and unsettling. Joanne's response was, "I can't give you what I don't have." Strong Cigarette Odour Unprepared for such a strong cigarette odour.Curtains didn't close properly & some hanging off the rail. Didn't no realise it's legal to smoke in motels in US. Had we known never would have stayed here. It's unacceptable & backwards to expect paying customers stay in such environments.
