I ask for a handicapped room Non available I was given a regular room Hard to shower with a step In tub.
The staff is very helpful and attentive of service needed.I appreciate their welcoming attitudes. Rooms are very comfortable and roomy. The location feels safe and easy access to freeway. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks again 😊

Hotels messed up my booking but Monique and the guy I forgot his name took care of it for me. My first time staying in the third floor but the rooms were clean I did need another pillow but that’s just me

Check in was pleasant and easy. The room was not what I expected. There were no dishes, glasses, utensils, plates, nor any pans for cooking. Basically the kitchenette was useless. What was really disappointing was no coffee maker. Coffee is only served in the lobby from 6:30am-9:30am. These are also the breakfast hours.
