Clean your floors!!! I have stayed here so many times pre Covid. I was a little hesitant after reading so many bad reviews in 2021-22. I had no issues until Saturday night. I had to soak my feet. I put down a wash cloth to dry my feet and when I looked at the back side o the washcloth it was pitch black. That means the floors haven't been cleaned in days even weeks. Gross

No coffee and room
They were a bit short staffed but room was clean and we did not have any other issues. For extended stay, you have to request pans, glasses and china if needed the room. We now know this.

In a nice area so you feel safe. Clean older looking hotel. Colors are dark and lighting is dim inside the room. But nice. Just older.
2nd time staying here. Great area close to shops. Check in had some system issues but didn’t mind since front desk attendant Monique was super friendly and courteous. Definitely great customer service. Will be staying here again

Telephone in room had no card or label info on how to call out. Our towels had stains on them, on Monday I inform the front desk that the stripping on the kitchen counter were coming off. Said that he will let the maintenance person know about it. I told him if he gets me wooden glue that I will repair it. On the day we checked out on the 17th I inform the same person about the stripping on the kitchen counter.
