Front desk lady was rude … I was 3 pm check in and she said that we need to wait 30-45 minutes because room wasn’t ready when I make reservations with more than 5 days

Unclean room and outside area Very unclean and dirty rooms . And the furniture also was not well maintained. Floor was unclean . Just outside the room there was a big trash bin that was overflowing. The only expectation is that rooms and floor has to be clean.

The property is very dirty with no options for breakfast, this is just false advertisement saying free breakfast.
