Scalded in Fresno in the Winter Pet Friendly here means $28/night!! No mention of that when onsite reserving. Then, looking for a shower in the AM....BUT, the only flavor working was HOT!!! And it was just that...I could have boiled crawfish in that heat. Could not get it to do anything but make my skin red! Had to get out after a minute. Told the ft. desk..."Oh, they were supposed to have fixed that!" I told her we would be leaving for a few hours if they wanted to fix it, go ahead. Check in was pleasant and easy. The room was not what I expected. There were no dishes, glasses, utensils, plates, nor any pans for cooking. Basically the kitchenette was useless. What was really disappointing was no coffee maker. Coffee is only served in the lobby from 6:30am-9:30am. These are also the breakfast hours. Breakfast was granola bars, instant oatmeal (no hot water to make) and sweet muffins. The room needs a deep cleaning. The phone and alarm clock were caked with dirt and grime. When I went to check in the room was not ready. Told to come back in a few hours. When I came back was told the room had a broken sink. I reserved a king room but only queen room available. If i decided not to take smaller room there would be no charge. Yet my card was charged for one night.

The staff is very helpful and attentive of service needed.I appreciate their welcoming attitudes. Rooms are very comfortable and roomy. The location feels safe and easy access to freeway. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks again 😊

Hotels messed up my booking but Monique and the guy I forgot his name took care of it for me. My first time staying in the third floor but the rooms were clean I did need another pillow but that’s just me
