lukewarm Bedside lamp non-functional. Prevented bedside reading. No grab bars in shower. No bathmat in shower. Water temp in shower was lukewarm, not hot enough.

Uncomfortable Was given a room with no carpet and it wasn’t clean. I could feel all the dirt. Bed was very uncomfortable and body aches every morning.

The first disappointment was to receive a room and once I got settled there, I was told that the carpet needs to be shampoo so my room will be changed. Have to move my entire stuff. They say ‘complimentary breakfast’ but I believe they don’t understand what’s breakfast. The laundry area was extremely dirty and I could see thick roaches - feel like getting Raid myself. They accused my bf that there was ashes in the room and we don’t smoke and tried to charge him. The room was not in the best condition and the sink to the bathroom was plugged up and there were bugs. Also can tell people stay there or live there and kids running around. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Very loud music after midnight, multiple rooms until after midnight, sketchy people repeatedly knocking on my door after midnight who would then duck out of view of peep hole (drugs, prostition?) people casing parking lot. Bed was quite dirty and cover was torn off. door bar guard was broken. Sinks did not drain.

Ok room overall The room was ok overall. Some cons were that the bedside lamps had the wrong light bulbs on purpose. Maybe to save on energy. There was a hole in the bathroom door, very noticeable stains on the carpet, and black stains on the bed sheets. The pros are that it has a full-size fridge if you plan on staying longer days. Usually, stay here for when I hike Yosemite, and it’s convenient for nearby stores, food, and the freeway.
