I’m just upset I didn’t get a 1st floor room they should let people know ahead of time that they at doing renovations and the rom you want might not be available I could have stayed elsewhere

Fire alarm went off two days in a row. First day when alarm with off and guest went to the front to try and get more information, the office staff locked the door. No apology was ever made for the inconvenience. 2nd day alarm went off and once again no communication or apology for malfunction.

Dirty rooms While my husband and I were unloading my 2 boys took there shoes off and their feet were instantly black. We took a hand towel and swiped once at the hard wood floors and the towel was black. My husband went to go talk to the front desk and they said they would have it cleaned tomorrow. My husband then asked for a mop and we would do it ourselves and they told him they didnt have one. So my husband and I cleaned it with towels. Nobody ever came. Never even receives a call from management.
