Friendly staff and fast check in. Rooms are nice but can definitely use some newer pillows. Some seem old and uncomfortable. Beds are decent and the location is great.

property was dark and dingy, bathroom floors were gross looking, the grout appeared to be stained or dirty.. pictures on Expedia looked much better than the actual room.. I'll never stay at an Extended Stay again

Unhappy The heater remote was hard to operate. We did not ask to have our room clean for 3 days, so when I saw the housekeeper, I ask for clean towels and she refused to give us clean towels.

Doesnt let me check in then says im a no show Book a room threw hotels.com go to check in lady says im not allowed to stay there but cant give me a reason why. Then marks be down as a no show so they can still get there money. Thats shady

Meh. Although a nice room with a kitchen, hotel staff was fairly blunt and not as helpful as I am used to. Late check-out was only a half hour extra and I had to ask for it 3 times. Wifi did not work and I spent 30 mins with an off site IT guy who could not figure it out.
