They were polite and helpful, even at 1:30am, when we checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking.

Very convenient location. Felt secure. However, when I requested shampoo for the 2nd day's use (requested the night before) they were out of shampoo and their solution was that we had to do without. The bathroom amenities were same --or less-- than Motel 6. "Grab&Go" breakfast was merely coffee, tea, oatmeal pkts & a peanut butter granola bar. No basket of fruit, no liquid half&half. No coffee maker or blow dryer in room unless specifically requested.

Not so bad but don’t expect somethin wow..2 Pros: Location and price Microwave and big refrigerator Clean Cons: The key provided was not working for few times. No clean up room daily (i think it is extra $10/cleaning) Breakfast is only muffins and granola bars

The room was great. Having a kitchenette was a definite plus. The location is near many restaurants and shopping centers. Check in and out was pleasant. Will definitely stay again when in Fresno!

I liked the location of our room. We had a long day and wanted to check in, but we arrived at their shift change and it took roughly 45 minutes to check in.
