The staff was very friendly, check-in went very quick. Kitchenette room was clean, plenty of towels and washcloths. Nice coffee bar in the morning.

The room was clean, with appropriate hard (smooth) flooring for its pet friendly status. The clerk on duty at check in was friendly, although she was not able to find my reservation under my actual name. I suppose we were lucky that a room was available, even though it was reserved on line, with a follow-up phone call to ensure that the dog would be accommodated. I like the studio feel of these rooms. There is a small kitchen with a curved counter top, they give u dishes and pans, cups. mugs, and utensils, so it really gives it a "homey" feel. Nice spacious bathroom, updated interior. Only downside was that we were erroneously charged $250 for "smoking weed" without anyone even telling us anything. After calling and explaining we had NOT smoked weed in the room, we were refunded, but only $200. I like the location, very close to shopping, dining. I didn't like that I couldn't check in a little early. I didn't like the choices for the free mini breakfast and check in took too long

The staff their is what makes this hotel unique. Also the guest are always so cheerful and polite.
