We stayed here 1 night upon arrival to GRR. Overal it was a good stay. The bed was good, not great but wasn't terrible. Thr next day the frond desk lady wa svery friendly and asked how our stay was. The only thing is that one of the sude doors to get into the building is jammed, it took many attempts inserting yhe key card for the door to open. Someone actually told us thar eventually it will open. That was 11 pm, we wanted to rest and not to stay outside teying to get in.

There were many pets that were being very loud on our floor. Staff helped us retrieve a lost item, and were very welcoming to us.
