We were disturbed by loud hammering/pounding at 11pm. It was a Tuesday and we had to be up at 330am to make our way to the airport for our flight that left at 545am. We were very upset to be woken up from sleep. Will not recommend to anyone and will take our business elsewhere in the future.
The parking was poor - last minute since the other hotel overbooked and charged way too much for such a poorly maintained- no amenities in the room - bed was extremely hard- poor thin pillows and scatchy bedding - breakfast was just grab and go bags of granola bars. Parking lot was small
We arrived late but the rooms were prepaid weeks in advance. We were supposed to have 3 singles with King beds. We got one king, one queen, and one full. It wasn't very clean and the late-night help wasn't helpful. The morning manager, Jenn, was very helpful and apologetic and is the only reason it wasn't rated "terrible'.
Hotel cancelled servation day of arrival with no c We arrived after 11 hours of driving to be told by the desk clerk that Expedia cancelled our reservation (which was made in March). She could not tell us where we had been relocated nor would she let us use Wifi since we weren't registered guests. We were given a 1 800 number for Expedia customer care. Those agents were wonderful. It turns out it was the hotel that cancelled us, not Expedia, because they were oversold. They told us they had no alternate accomodations for us.... read more

The hotel was good for us. However, management needs to change their statement of "breakfast included" as what was provided is definitely not a "breakfast. Two coffee carafes, some tea bags are definitely NOT a breakfast. There might have been some muffins, but we left quite early and there was nothing then? "Breakfast Included" is very miss leading.

There was blood and other stains on the bed sheets. There was blood smears on the bathroom wall. And there was sticky liquid residue on the floor around the night stand.
