Heard the train most of the night on both nights. Breakfast area only had coffee or tea, was stated to be between 6am -930am. We checked out at 630am and there was no one at the desk and we waited and tried the phone available to get someone but no one arrived

Check in took an eternity, then window stuck open in the room with 60-70 mph wind storm. The final kicker was the fire alarm in the middle of the night with no notice of ‘all clear’ and fire dept there. Won’t be booking here again!

smell of cleaner was so strong i slept in my car. High crime area will not stay there again

My wife and I make a yearly trip to Great Falls to visit family. I was born here and love this town. However, over the last few years we've noticed the quality of this hotel go down hill. Little things over the last few years have added up until this most recent stay where we: -didn't get any fresh towels, and when we asked for some, we were told we had to get dressed, bring our towels down to the front desk, and then they'd supply us some -didn't get any additional pillows despite us asking for only one additional pillow -p... read more

Floor drain in room was clogged, weren't able to shower, asst manager was of little help
