Not impressed As I walked into the hotel, someone was outside, smoking in a non smoking area. It turned out that it was the front desk person. I couldn't get a key to my room because the key machine.

Awful Experience There is only one entrance in/out so you had to park on the other side of the hotel to get in. Other access doors were for emergency use only and not accessible. I didn’t feel safe walking around the hotel to get in. The machine that makes your cards for your room was broken so the front desk person had to let you in your room. Fire alarm went off 3 different times in the middle of the night...the hallways smelled like Marijuana. People were up and being loud all night long. It was the worst night of sleep I have ever had!

This has been a horrible experience. We got to our room and there are NO plates, silverware, pots, pans, mugs, coffeemaker NOTHING! I went down to the front desk after check in and they gave me a tub with two plates, two mugs, two plastic cups and a silverware tray. I opened it after we got back from dinner and the silverware was filthy! I took pictures of it and will be posting it on Google Reviews as well as here. Not so Great Falls Toilet paper and facial tissue are as thin as it gets. "Free Breakfast" is weak coffee and a bad muffin. Not much hot water. K-Mart special towels. Then staff was nice but feel that we got less than we paid.
