Bad Experience We were advised at check in it was policy to copy drivers license which I NEVER do. The clerk said documents were kept in a safe and shredded every 30 days, When we questioned this policy we were told we'd have to go to another hotel. At check out we saw, in fact, all photo copies were a in file folder & we asked that ours be shredded immediately. The continental breakfast consisted of packaged muffins & granola bars in baskets under the coffee. This was a pet friendly hotel which we were not aware of. The m... read more

Bed Bugs Bed bugs

Dirty Rooms Checked in to find out room had not been cleaned. Took 4 rooms to find one that was acceptable. Would have gone to another hotel, but they could not refund the stay due to it being booked through Expedia. Terrible experience and will not stay at an Extended Stay ever again.

nice room, if it had been cleaned properly The room was as nice as the pictures. However, the cleaning staff need to find a new job. The room had food crumbs on the chair and the floor. The toilet bowl was NOT cleaned. The vanity, tub and floor had hair on it. We checked two other rooms to move to and they were no better. We were given a refund and left to find another hotel.

not worth it not as good as I thought it would be. the internet would not work, sounded like everyone was concerned with that. the breakfast was sucky and they supposedly ran out of stuff, so we got a granola bar. I probably will never stay there again, nor will I recommend it.

Overall, I was very disappointed in my stay. The room was dirty. It didn't look like the bathroom had been deep cleaned in a long time. It was very dusty and the kitchen had dried food bits on the stove, microwave, and fridge. I was on the first floor and was woken up by the hotel staff being extremely loud at the front desk. It sounded like they were goofing around and not working. If I hadn't of been so tired, I would have left and checked into another hotel.

Terrible hotel in an otherwise awful city Checked -in, was given a room key holder that was longer than some legal contracts I've reviewed. The free wifi was only for one device, and extremely slow. The upgraded wifi was almost $5 and still only connected to one device at a time, and not at all for phones and tablets...because no one travelling would have those. The staff seemed indifferent to helping us and gave us the tech support for the cable company, the only way they were helpful was in refunding (when demanded by me).... read more

Terrible customer service I am a traveling nurse who works at night. I had asked for a late check-out so I could get some sleep before my 4-Hour drive home and was told I could stay until 1:30. I stop by the front desk that morning to make sure the staff knew I had a late check-out of 1:30 and to make sure that nobody would call me and wake me up. The phone rang at 11:08 that morning and when I picked up on the second ring they hung up on me. I was called again at 1:23 and asked if I was planning on staying another night. I ... read more

Building looks nice but not good. The wifi should not matter how many devices you have. Only ONE device was not disclosed on the website. Booked through Hotels.com and was charged again on credit card by Extended Stay...nobody knows anything and they didn't give paper receipt so all I have is my credit card statement. They don't offer any hot items in breakfast.
