Great customer service representative My wife and I stayed at the Extended Stay during a difficult time for her family. Her Grandmother passed during the night and the rest of her family needed a place to stay. I went to the front desk at roughly midnight to get rooms for the people that didnt have them yet. The gentleman at the front desk, named Luke, was incredibly accommodating. The receptionist at the time was extremely nice. I was surprised when she called my room about an hour after to ask if everything was good with my room l. Great clean place to stay.
