Room was freezing.. one of lights didnt work bed was uncomfortable only gave 2 pillows

Great customer service representative My wife and I stayed at the Extended Stay during a difficult time for her family. Her Grandmother passed during the night and the rest of her family needed a place to stay. I went to the front desk at roughly midnight to get rooms for the people that didnt have them yet. The gentleman at the front desk, named Luke, was incredibly accommodating.
