The best front desk staff around The front desk staff are always so helpful and friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Check in and check out were a breeze. Everything was spotless in terms of cleanliness and sanitization. I felt perfectly safe staying here. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t decorate the elevator for Halloween as they have done that every year.

No television, blamed the customer I typically like staying here, but they had some kind of planned television maintenance and didn’t bother to inform the guests. So from a 4 night stay I was there 2 nights with no tv because I was sleeping, aka using the service I paid for, when the tv people showed up. If they'd given me a note that they needed access to the room I'd have been sure to be up.
