rude clerk at check in Well it was ok the front desk person was kind of rude I had never stayed with them and I wound stay again I went to ask the lady at the desk and there was a couple told her the room sanely like cigarette smoke and she was allergic to it and she informed that that she could only change rooms one time or she would be in trouble with her boss that should have never been said the customer always comes first

The hotel was clean so we had no worries there. It appears they worked hard to meet Covid guidelines. However, the kitchenette and bathroom weren’t stocked/ready on arrival. Some staff were helpful others seemed frustrated when we’d ask for needed items.
