I did not like the cleanliness of the room you can tell it had not been dusted a wipe down a while the carpets needed to be vacuumed there were obvious and various things left under the bed behind the dresser the dresser drawers needed to be wiped out as well as heavy dust open the refrigerator under the microwave light fixtures window seals as well as the air condition unit needed to be blowed out as well

Need daily cleaning They could not the rooms we reserved and paid. The gave us one bed for two persons. They could not fix the situation for two days

Asked what day we wanted the room clean and they never came to do it. No one was ever around the front desk or answering the phone when you need them.

The property was beyond disgusting. I don’t know how you can call a room clean with stains on sheets and hair left on the shower walls.

The room was not clean !!! The tub had hair, no shower curtain, chairs were filthy, towels had been used, had to ask for wash cloths. Busted shower head and light cover. Ironing board was broken and floor not vacuumed. Location and friendly staff was good. Also room was large but housekeeping very poor.

There was someone to greet me upon checking in to the hotel. It took nine days before my hotel room was cleaned. On the days on between someone would enter my room to pull the blinds. Nothing else was complete. The on the go breakfast was okay. It would be nice to have fresh fruit pn the go.
