Close to everything so it was worth it The hotel staff was kind and the hotel was right next to the Galleria and around all kinds of restaurants. The hotel was also fairly clean. However, the bed was SO uncomfortable. It was sunk in in the middle from so many people sleeping on it and it squeaked so loud anytime we moved. It was not a very peaceful night's rest. It’s okay. If you looking for the four seasons on a budget this is not it. The hotel is OK. The staff is amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel just needs an update.

Most Awesome Staff Ever! The staff at Extended Stay in Houston, Texas was remarkable. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. A minor maintenance issue was resolved immediately by a most friendly maintenance man. The manager actually helped me get my luggage to my car. Both front desk women were polite and very courteous as well. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone on a trip to Houston. I will most definitely be staying there again.

Family fist fight There was some fights with a family outside early in the morning and they were screaming really loud. So that was interesting.

Houston The room was a great size. Just the AC wasn't cooling the room very well. Plus there was a weird smell in the bathroom. But other than that It was good.

Low-quality reigns. Room was never serviced in my 5 days. “Breakfast” was plastic-wrapped mini muffins. Very unappetizing.

Everything was good, no problems. The only thing i didnt like was that there was no ice machine
