Great bed ..but could use a remodel ..bathroom dripped and the towels had hair in them ..so better quality assurance for sure .

Good location and a lot of room The stat itself was good and the staff was great. However, the breakfast is not an actual breakfast like they claim. It’s a dry breakfast of oatmeal, granola bars and that’s the basis of it.

There weren’t any cups in the room and the they were out of key holders, so I was given a key with a post-it that had the WIFI code.

Took long to check in Key did not work had to find someone to help get inside building. Loud people in halls.

Low-Cost but somewhat noisy Nice kitchenette and near Galleria. Bad was rooms weren't quiet, slamming doors and people in hallways talking all hours. Also a lightbulb and stove heating element were out, though maintenance fixed it same day. VERY congested traffic at rush hour in area, but good bus service downtown (every 10 mins). Overall, a decent place but I wouldn't stay there again.

Good price. Convenient location. The hotel is conveniently located off of Loop 610 on Westheimer Road next to the Galleria. Convenient location, easy access to downtown Houston and all of the inner loop. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
