The clerk told me they had no rooms left, he couldn't find my reservation. Finally he found the reservation and gave me the room. The tv didn't work.

Comfortable
The elevator was malfunctioning leaving at least three mobility impaired persons stranded on the third floor, and the staff did not seem to be doing anything to correct it.
