The plumbing in my bathroom was absolutely horrible! The toilet got stopped up and the sink drain was so slow. I feel like they need to clean the carpets in the rooms and hallways because there is a lingering odor that was bothersome. Also, the moisture in the room was high. We couldn't get "dry air" and the room just felt really humid and moist the entire time. The elevator is freaking scary and they need to get it looked at. We had a kitchen, but they didn’t have any pots or pans for use, so that was pretty much worthless. We requested a toaster, but then one they gave us was broken, so we returned that. The Wi-Fi was so slow that most of our devices couldn’t even connect without paying extra fees, and the “breakfast” was only coffee and unflavored oatmeal packets. Pretty disappointing.

Was not allowed to pay when I checked out, orbitz needs to be on the same page as the hotel.

No tenían desayuno y estaba incluido , pero no estaba funcionando en ese momento , no funcionaban las lavadora y secadora de ropa .
