I-10 and beltway west Good overall stay. The costumer service was terrible. Are always late cleaning room. They were supposed to come by every week but only came once during my stay. But everything else was great. No complaints anywhere else.

Great hotel to stay for the weekend. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. The stay was great. But there were two problems that need to point out. First one is there is no staff or someone at the front desk anytime I pass by. I believe there should be someone at the front desk all the time. Second is the door to our room was really frustrating to get in at times because the door doesn't open when swiping the key card to go inside. When leaving your room your keycard will stop working having you to repeatedly turn to the desk.

Hidden gem Amazingly quiet, very nice place, I mean this place is so comfortable and peaceful. Close to plenty of eating places. Right besides home and apartments. Residents are quiet as a mouse. The hotel itself seems like an apartment, so quiet, calm, peaceful. Every staff member encountered are super awesome and helpful. The rooms are nice and very clean and welcoming.
