Pesimo servicio Muy mala experiencia al momento de llegar al lobby me hicieron perder una hora de mi tiempo, a parte de lidiar con el mañ caracter del seńor al momento de registrarme. Despues otros clientes bajaban a pedor tosllas y se las negaba de muy mala manera. Yo no se comp puede trabajar alguien asi en atencion al cliente. El hotel es bueno, el trato al cliente es lo muy malo.

Great price. Average or less hotel If the price had not been so good, I would be more unhappy. As long as it’s a bargain, I will return, but there are improvements needed.

Hotel was conveniently located. We had alerted them we'd be arriving after midnight and check-in was smooth. This was the night we sprang forward to Daylight Savings Time so we didn't get up in time for breakfast which concludes at 9:30. Check out is 11am, so we were really bummed when housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 10am. The room was clean but the outside of the hotel was littered with trash.
