It was nice, I enjoyed the room. The staff was very helpful with anything i asked for.

5 Night Stay The room was nice and it had a good location! The room was clean, parking was cool. You might want to bring extra towels because housekeeping is up on request which means you have to go to front desk and pick them up and that could be a wait if they're not ready. Overall it was a good experience, I like how the room has it's own kitchen!

Evening staff was terrible I booked an extended stay because I am Houston for a few weeks and I asked for a skillet and plate for two consecutive nights and never got them and when I asked the lady at the counter had an attitude. I finally went to the store and purchased my own.

Furniture good condition, CLEANING NOT GOOD, inside bedroom looks good but, not detailed attention, outside bedrooms always trash on floors, elevator dirty. The entrance is very important and must give a good impression, I’ve been there several days and lot finger prints on glass doors, looks not clean frecuently. Personal at front desk very professional attention, always nice.

The kitchen facility was the best part of the hotel. Most of the appliances were damaged.
