The smell is awlful , never stay there again

Not your average extended stay. When i pulled back the covers to go to sleep,there were big stains in the bed as well as somebodys hairs.When i called the front desk they just said,you can come and get some sheets,so i did reluctantly because they said the maid was gone.There was no tissue paper,only 1 wash rag.

I won’t be back to any Extended Stays. A bad apple spoils the whole batch!

The place was dirty, there was a bag full of garbage left in the hallway by staff the whole 4 days we were there. The bath tub was filthy, there are no towels to replace your dirty towels, and the room was very dated. The staff was snotty, and I will not be staying at another extended stay hotel.

Room with old furniture, carpet and cabinets. Bathroom with a strange smell, the same the corridor. They said there was breakfast, but there were only coffee and hot water for tea, cereal bars and an envelope of oatmeal to eat standing in front of the hotel entrance.

Property was hidden and not in a area easy to find... the room was substandard to a fairly 3 star hotel, staff wasn’t informative nor helpful... security gaurd on the property did not show any signs of professionalism (6 September 18)... I was not impressed with the overall image & conviences of this hotel.

Dirty cups and dishes. Toilet paper rolls are not new and not enough. Rom was supposed to be non- smoking but it was smoking..

Never no towels no breakfast r cream n sugar for the coffee elevator always broke
