Elevator doesn’t work. Wet carpet. Dirty bedsheets.

SMH in short, you get what you pay for. if i got an offer for 3 free nights at this location, i would decline.

Hotel smelt dirty/stuffy. Kitchen items had to be requested and were not available. I spent two weeks here and still had not received what I had requested. Dog poop and rubbish is over the lawns and in the gardens. Staff are uninterested in assisting and generally seem unhappy.

No housekeeping service hotel 😡😡😡😡 Never told have no housekeeping service for days, call front desk on second days after come back from business meeting , one pregnant black girl working at night shift there was very rude and no patient with customer, we call ask why no one clean room and ask for towel, saying won’t provide new bath towel for staying , saying hotel only clean rooms after each 7 days, and no manager on property either when ask, find out is not true, she lie to customer and can ruin your business, this ho... read more

Entire floor smelled of smoke including my room, room was filthy, staff not helpful, no working WiFi, breakfast was stale. Never staying at another one of these hotels again.

Our reservation was for a Studio with 2 beds. When ww got to the hotel, a staff member told as they didnt have anything like that available. We, my wife and I and a 1 yr old grandson, have been traveling for 2 days and had no will to look for another hotel with 2 beds. We were given a small 1 bed hotelroom.

Not friendly Call before check in but when came in front desk had no room We book room with full kitchen but nothing in the room we had to come down to front desk to request to have the pan, pot, dishes.... and have to wait for them to clean up and wait two hours to get it
