My room was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Plus we had no clean towels. We called and went to the lobby twice for towels but there were no towels available and we kept getting told to come back later.

Busted lift. Elevator didn’t work. No creamer for coffee.

Give it a Miss This was one of the cheaper hotels we saw listed. We needed a bed and a place that would accept our dog. We reserved for two nights but ended up leaving after the first night. First, I want to state I'm not blaming staff. They were polite but it's obvious they are not getting the necessary resources from management to run this hotel properly. Made me switch to another extended stay with out warning ahead of time. Once I got to the new extended stay, it was completely dirty and was not properly cleaned. Mold was everywhere and the toilet was not functioning. I am never staying at an extended stay again.

Weird place I never felt safe. I saw too many weird people around inside the hotel that I did know if they were guests at the hotel.
