Instructions say check in after 3pm and check out at 11am. We got there around 8-9pm first thing we saw was about 3 cops cars blocking the entrance and some lady on the floor talking crazy gibberish. We walk past them to check in, we had pre paid for a room with 2 beds but when we got to the front the receptionist looked confused and after 15 minutes came back to tell us that our room was not available. Horrible stay . Random person keep knocking all night . Somehow this random person was given a key to the room by one of the office staff , the person isn't even on the reservation. Andooened my door and tried to walk into my room . Somehow my reservation was cancelled in the middle of the night

Need to be exterminated immediately!!!!! First night we stayed, I had seen two roaches crawling on the wall then when I reported it ,I was informed they just had the place spray on Monday ,then they did not want to accommodate me with nothing & didn’t even clean my room after that so I checked out & went to the Sheraton ,which was way more pleasant

DO NOT STAY HERE I booked this room before midnight Sep. 11,2021. Because I was not checked in by midnight they listed me as a no show and wanted me to pay but yet another room. I called hotels.com, two people from this company made several attempts to contact my hotel without success. By this time I had been on hold for nearly 30 mins. I had to pay for another room out of my pocket

The room had a bad smell of cigarettes.The bathroom was dirty and so were the towels. Upon arrival my reservation couldn't be found therefore, I had to get a new reservation. Now I have to make sure I wasn't double charged. What a complete hassle. Not to mention the several uninvited guest! excuse me I meant Pest seen in various locations of the room. Which caused me not to sleep all night. I was better off sleeping at the airport.
