NOT a continental breakfast everything was just fine. not at all sketchy. customer service was ok but i specifically chose this hotel for the "continental breakfast" and as someone who tries to eat healthy and stay away from sugar and artificial chemicals, the breakfast was horrendous. the muffins were basically big balls of sugar. don't want muffins? try the sugar loaded packaged oatmeal or the sugar laden cereal bars. that's it. 3 options. Our stay at this hotel was not a pleasant experience. Our check in was unwelcoming and very questionable. The front desk staff questioned us as if I did not just pay for my room. The bathroom was filthy.There was still urine on the seat and on the floor. It appeared as if the Toliet had not been properly wiped down and he shower had stains. I had to clean the bathroom myself with the towels provided by the hotel. I went to inform the front desk of my disgust and no one was there. Never never again are we coming back Cockroach, unfriendly staff, heavily worn furniture & appliances, 5x4 foot high garbage stacked every night next to vending machine, breafast?! What breakfast.
Don't Bother the fact that their was no bottled water available in the vending machine was bothersome, especially in today's lifestyle of health. There were no light bulbs in any of the light fixtures, and no running hot water. This hotel is not worth the money, so don't bother.
Room had a smoke smell, ordered a nonsmoking room Room was out dated with bent up appliances like they had been kicked or dropped
horrible experience we were sent 3 times to different rooms because the front desk clerk kept sending us to used rooms disgusting
Bad service I booked a rook and when I get ther they told me that the room that I booked is not longer available so I had to talk to Expedia and after an hour they gave me another room
When I arrived, room was not cleaned.
