I booked an accessible room ahead of time, but when I arrived the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order, so the accommodation was not accessible for my partner. I had to go elsewhere but they still charged me.

The hotel isn’t anything as advertised. The hotel has an old smell and it seems like they just put air freshener to mask the smell. The carpet smells old. The a/c filters don’t seem to be changed because as soon as you turn on the a/c an old smell comes out of it. The kitchen counter has burn marks from cigarettes. Going up the elevator I got stuck in it for about 10 mins. Strong odor throughout hallway and room (the two ewre different). Disappointed by the overall appearance of the room. However, staff were friendly and helpful - I saw them help numerous people and they were always friendly and helpful

Room and hotel in general was neglected. The room was infested with roaches and there was no one at the front desk to check me out of the hotel

Parking was free… that’s the only decent thing that I experienced… the location wasn’t bad but it wasn’t safe, there were literally junked out people screaming in the parking lot all night Friday. The room smelled like a used ashtray from a meth lab. The entire bathroom had to be cleaned just to be used, thankfully i packed cleaning supplies, the air conditioning had a disgusting wet oily substance that I only saw after touching it!
