The room had a refrigerator and cook top and microwave in which none was operable. I only had warm water for 2 days of the 4 day stay. Multiple outlets would not work in the room. No daily house cleaning offered.

The place could have been cleaner.
Buena ubicación, cerca de zona de museos y tiendas. No me gustaron las instalaciones ni el cuarto, tienen una apariencia vieja.
Not for family trip. Not a clean place. It can be cleaned better in the room. People are smoking in front of the entrance where no smoking sign is shown. I think the elevator smells weed and it has continuous noise so you do not feel safe. But good price with a good location.
Smelled like pot. Carpet filthy. Stained. Tile in bath pulling up. Breakfast was cheap crap. Halls dirty and stunk.
My stay at Extended Stay Houston Tx Only disappointment I had was the smell in the room was not pleasant. It had a distinct smell as if the room was old and been closed for a long time. The room was very clean, the bed linens were very fresh and clean. I did have one problem with the toilet not flushing, but the clerk came immediately and poured a solution in the commode that ended the problem.
