convenient and fair price My room had a terrible mattress, too soft and sunk more to one side. Woke up with back ache.

The trash was not empty when arrived at the room and the area was not the safest.

Staff was nice. Room was ok but mattress was too hard. Not enough pillows we only had 3 total we like at least 2 each. No hair dryer either.

Elevator was out of order. Had to walk up to the third floor with luggage. Room had a funny smell. There was no hot water for a shower.

The elevator was broken had to walk up and down stairs...the bath water was 1 temperature and that was just very hot , not hot ,very hot ..the breakfast was a cereal bar and warm water coffee.....the room was ok

Location was fine but upon arrival of my 5 night stay the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. I had my 4 year old and 70 year old handicap mother with me for the stay and the hotel had no way of accommodating us for this inconvenience. Also, the floors in the room were sticky from whatever they mopped with and the room always felt very humid.

Long wait to check in. Nobody was there. Nobody was there for check out. After waiting for a while, we just left the key cards over the counter and left. Be aware when they say breakfast is included is just a muffin and a cereal bar on the go. Sticky floors on the room.
