The property is not in very good condition, general areas are not too clean but my room was at least. Location is convenient but other than that, not a great option

Sink in the bathroom would leak when turned on anytime. On the itinerary it explains hotel would provide a “continental breakfast” which was only grab and go.

The room smelled nasty, we did not take a shower because it did not seem clean.

The room smelled. I had to spray it down with febreeze. The kitchen only had one small hand towel and none of the other supplies they listed.

Not so good location as in the pictures We couldn’t even register there, the smell was so strong and one of our team is allergic and since the entrance we decide to cancel and to move to another hotel. Anyways the front desk was super kind and comprehensive. nd after we discovered that in Houston there are multiples location of this brand and they are all with the same pictures on the websites and they aren’t the same at all.

When I first arrived at the hotel and check in, my room smelled horrible. When I went downstairs and told them that it was a really foul smell in the room they gave me febreeze. I went back to the room and sprayed. The smell did not leave. I then asked to change rooms. They were able to change my room. When I arrived to the second room everything was fine until I took a shower. The water was really cold. I tried to turn the knob all ways and the water never warmed up. A disappointment on top of a stressful situation e came here because our home is having remodeling. It is convenient enough: travel between house and hotel is about 5 minutes home to hotel most anytime. Hotel to house a bit longer - 15 minutes during the day but only about 5 minutes at night. The front desk staff are very personable and friendly. Getting services like housekeeping and maintenance, not so much.
